Olivia joined Strategic Offsites Group in September 2025, after graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Bates College with a BA in Psychology and concentrations in English and Public Health.
At Bates, Olivia completed a year-long senior honors thesis on decision-making, exploring how cognitive, situational, and individual factors influence the way people anticipate and evaluate outcomes, and how those expectations shape decision-making. Olivia’s collegiate work experience was as Program Director for GirlsUp, a Washington, DC based nonprofit organization, where she focused on program coordination and facilitation, developing marketing materials across digital platforms, and communications.
Olivia was a four-year scholar-athlete at Bates and captain of the Women’s Lacrosse Team, earning NESCAC All-Academic honors, and was actively involved in mentoring and educational support for students through local youth organizations and schools.
