Since joining Strategic Offsites Group, Brigitte has supported and led engagements for executive teams and Boards across several industries. Her expertise spans the strategy process: working with clients as they deliberate strategic choices and tradeoffs, align on long-term priorities, communicate the strategy to various audiences, and establish management processes to support execution.

Sample recent work includes:

• Building enterprise and strategy scorecards for a regional bank with $3.3 billion in assets, translating corporate and strategic measures into practical management tools and establishing a monthly review cadence

• Developing and facilitating annual national sales meetings for a leading retail energy provider over multiple years, including during its acquisition by a Fortune 200 energy company 

• Supporting a newly appointed CEO of a global legal technology company with developing a three-year strategy and establishing organizational values following a major recapitalization and leadership transition 

• Designing and delivering an all-employee meeting to introduce a refreshed strategy to 1,500+ employees for a global education technology company following its $4.8 billion acquisition by a leading investment firm 

• Partnering with private equity-backed platform companies in infrastructure services and food distribution to shape enterprise strategies, incorporating organic and acquisition-led growth priorities within their sponsors’ investment horizons

Within SOG, Brigitte leads the firm’s recruiting efforts and mentors newer consultants. She also helps lead SOG’s AI initiatives, evaluating new tools and developing practical applications for the firm’s client and internal work, particularly in trend analysis, strategy tracking and reporting, and marketing.

Brigitte graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BS in Clinical Psychology and a BA in French. At Tufts, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, served as an editor for The Tufts Daily, tutored children in French through the local chapter of the Leonard Carmichael Society, and pursued academic interests in education policy and lawmaking.
