Since joining Strategic Offsites in 2023, Virginia has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including energy, manufacturing, and talent. She has supported engagements focused on organizational governance, strategy development, and delivering top-notch offsites.

Before joining Strategic Offsites, Virginia interned as a Business Analyst with Continuum Capital, a boutique consulting firm, and as an Analytics & Insights intern with multinational apparel and footwear company, VF Corporation. Experience across both positions focused on executing detailed client and industry research and effectively analyzing data to help drive business decisions in the energy and apparel industries.    

Virginia graduated with distinction from UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics and a Minor in Spanish for Business Professions. While there, she was a member of the student-and-faculty-run campus organization Carolina Women in Economics where she networked with fellow students and mentored underclassmen who were also pursuing a degree in Economics. She also spent time volunteering as an English tutor for young Hispanic students in the surrounding Chapel Hill area.
